What remedies worked for you with Morning Sickness?
Hi everyone
I am approx 6weeks preg and been experiencing quite bad morning sickness (actually all day sickness) I have also caught the flu on top of things at the moment (can’t you believe!!!)
I have heard of Preggie Pops and some homeopathic remedies. Can anyone give me their tips/tricks on getting through the first trimester with it.
I work full time and taking time off it not really an option for me at the moment.
Thanks in Advance
Ginger might help, Ginger snaps, ginger ale, Ginger root. Also you can ask your dr about meds to help, my dr put me on Zofran. Good Luck and Congrats

What are some quick remedies for morning sickness?
I’m at work and am feeling really nauseated. I haven’t vomited (yet). Any ideas on what I can do?
I’m at work, so I need some advice on what I can do NOW. Thanks!
Eat, eat, eat. Try to keep something in your stomach at all times to cut down on nausea. I find that bland foods (crackers, cereal, toast, etc) work better than spicy, greasy, or sour ones. Also, I find that things that are heavy on protein seem to help (nuts, peanut butter, cheese, yogurt, milk, meat, etc). Also, one person said to try 7-Up or Sprite, but I find that carbonation makes things worse — you’ll have to figure out what works for you. Good luck!

What remedies for morning sickness have worked for you?
Please…no crackers or ginger ale. I tried these and they don’t work anymore.
I did something but it was illegal… a good bet to help you but not so much for your baby. Let’s just say it makes you want to eat plus help the nausea.

Here are 5 Simple Remedies to Alleviate Morning Sickness That Really Works!
1.Slightly changing you eating habits. You would improve the condition better by eating small meals daily rather than three big meals. You could maintain your blood sugar concentration. By doing this, you can also avoid indigestion and heartburn significantly. Go for low-fat, simple carbohydrate diet instead of your usual meals.
2.Avoid strong smells from food or scents. If you cant do away with those types of smells, you can carry with you a hanky with a drop or two of your favorite essential oil. Sometimes, even those scents we previously love will worsen the condition so, it is better that you avoid them as well.
3.Keep plain cracker or biscuit near your bed so that when you wake up in the middle of the night of at the crack of dawn, you can eat it up to raise your blood sugar before you go about in your day.
4.Do not forget to drink plenty of water daily for at least six to eight glasses. Fluid intake is important especially when you are vomiting to keep you from dehydration. Avoid beverages that are caffeinated or drinks that contain a lot of sugar that will disturb the proper settling of you stomach.
5.Morning sickness usually gets worse whenever you face exhaustion, tiredness, anxiousness or stress. Therefore, it would be very important if you get plenty of rest as much as you can. Spend a little time each day for relaxation so that even if you are working, your body can still go on.
How much do you like it if you will be given the necessary things you can do to prevent or do away with morning sickness completely? You wont have to deal with it every again! You dont have to wake up in the morning and suffer. You can now enjoy your pregnant life and look forward to giving birth.

what are good remedies to morning sickness?
I get it mostly at night when trying to get to bed and right when i wake up in the morning. What is the best remedy!?
I had morning sickness starting at 4 months and still have it and ill be induced friday! The only thing that worked for me was keep crackers by your bedside so whenever you wake up for whatever reason, eat…even if you are not hungry at all! then in the morning eat asap! Although, those tings did not work all the time….it helped ease it a little. You may want to contact your doctor because there is a sickness pregnant women can get and they can give you medicine that is completely safe for you and the baby and it works…I never did it because I am allergic to EVERYTHING, but hey why not calla nd see if you are eligible for it!
