well what i did was i got an ice pack and relaxed it on my head drank water and tryed to take a nap once you find something that wont make you so sick you will be fine my thing was baloney and mustard sandwich's if that doesn't work look on google you never know what you will find

Travel sickness bands – acupressure, get them from chemists. £7+ for them, they really worked for mines! i developed hellish travel sickness in this pregnancy and these are the only things that worked for me.

I did something but it was illegal... a good bet to help you but not so much for your baby. Let's just say it makes you want to eat plus help the nausea.

A friend told me that Natura Magen worked great for her. I haven't tried it though.

if you tell your doctor you are having morning sickness and its real bad they can give you medicine… they gave me zofran cuz i had morning sickness so bad that i had to go to the ER atleast 3 times a week cuz i was getting too dehydrated

but til u can get to the doctor try getting up early and eating something and also eating something right before you go to bed and make sure that u eat a lot during the day so you always have something in your stomach… that helped for me

Prescription meds. Tigan was what I was given. It was a life saver. I wouldn't have made it without it.

with my daughter toast worked. with my son i had to just sit around until the nausea let up enough for me to try to eat something. one thing that helped a little was sprite.
