When do the first symptoms of morning sickness occur?

My girlfriend thinks she is pregnant and we are both only 14 and kind of freaking out, any help would be great. She has been getting some of the symptoms (high and low temperatures, tired, loss of appetite, nausea/fainting). It was only the other week though and I don’t know if she just has a virus or what?
Maybe she has mono.

morning sickness dosent usually start until about 6-8 weeks. Could be pregnant..you will just have to play the waiting game. Wait a couple of weeks and test. And I hope this has been scary enough that perhaps if you must have sex you will protect yourselves!! Being a parent at 14 is no picnic in the park!

If you just had sex the other week, then no she isn’t pregnant.
Implantation, which is when everything happens takes at least 5-7 days.
Then you may start to get symptoms, though they don’t happen to about 4-8 weeks in. Some people don’t even know they’re pregnant until they’re around 10-12 weeks pregnant.
So yeah, she could be sick or just freaking herself out.
By the way, use protection k? And more than just condoms if you’re that young and having sex.

Has she missed a period? If yes, then she can take a pregnancy test to find out. I didn’t have morning sickness until i was 7-8 weeks pregnant.

It’s probably a virus. Pregnancy symptoms don’t start just after a couple of weeks of having sex. The egg has to implant and her hormone levels have to rise to get the symptoms. I have never heard of anyone having high and low temperatures. Everyone is different though.
Having sex when you are not capable of taking care of a child is ALWAYS going to cause you to get nervous with the slightest things. The only way to prevent getting pregnant is to not have sex. What are you going to do if she IS pregnant? You guys need to think about it…your too young!

First of all….how late is your gf’s period? That’s the #1 question! Seconding to answer your question…morning sickness usually starts at about 7-8 weeks into pregnancy…just a alittle later after probably taking a pregnancy test. I was 3 weeks late when i took a pregnancy test and i actually started to get sick the morning before i took the test. I got sick every morning from then till i was 27 weeks pregnant…it was horrible! My son is now 9 1/2 months old!
