What can I do about pregnancy nausea?
by Sue on Monday, November 30th, 2009 | 3 Comments
I am about seven weeks and it is continuous throughout the day, yet I will not vomit. I am VERY miserable. Is there anything that will make it subside?
Saltine crackers, dry toast, hot tea. There’s a start. You may also want to try those motion sickness wristbands, those work for some people.

There is a medication that your doctor can prescribe for you. Also, sipping sprite helped me. Mine lasted for 3 months, with no let up. I vomited multiple times a day. Try taking your prenatal vitamins at night before you go to bed. Sometimes they are the cause of nausea. Hope this helps!
