First of all, that must've been awful for you having such a high fever! The baby's temp is 1 degree higher than yours at all times (I was told that by my doctor), so it could've effected your baby. However, you said it was only that elevated for a couple hours...so it might have not been long enough to harm the little one. Just be sure to ask your doctor about it tomorrow. Congrats on your pregnancy!
References :
Untreated fevers are most dangerous in the early first trimester when growth and development is so critical. 105.7 is extremely high and I am shocked you wouldn't have seen a doctor. You should see a doctor for any fever that is higher than 101, even if you manage to control it with tylenol. The good news is, fevers will only really affect the baby if it is longer than 24 hours without treatment. So if your temp was only that high for a short time, your baby should be fine. But definitely mention it to your doctor.
References :
RN, OB, L&D
