Hi my lil boy is 2 1/2 and he ppos just as much and hes been like his since he was born and I would say its normal i did tell his pediatrician bout it and she said thats normal they just have a fast matabalism and I for sure know where he got that lol (my husband) haha so its normal so its good!

I’ve been teaching kids under 5 for the last 12 years and the kids who have been pretty much kept in a bubble of sanitized everything get SO sick the minute they start preschool. Our bodies need to be exposed to some germs so we can build up a tolerance. I just saw an article saying antibacterial soap isn’t good for exactly this reason.

I think that “rumor” about all BPA products being pulled from the shelf is probably true. When my daughter was younger I tried to find BPA free bottles at Walmart, and couldn’t find a single one…so I had to buy ones with BPA. However, a couple months ago, I went again and all the bottles that they had were BPA free. So things have changed quite a bit in the past few months.

Yah I think all the plugs and what not scare them. She’s is pretty easily readable as for what she thinks/feels though so if thats the case then of course we won’t make her stay thats for sure. But she is usually more intrigued than scared by ANYTHING that is. She is around Lisa’s little girl and for the MOST part does great w/ her. She’ll try to share toys but tossing it at her, thats the downfall… shes 7 months younger than jacelyn so cant exaclty play yet… shes not even sitting up yet.

well if you know anyone who has any new babies, I would try to let her spend some time around the baby to get use to it. My son got really jealous over my daughter. He was nice to her but he had his mean moments too. i wouldnt suggest having her in the same room when the baby is born, we tried this with my son and it completly terrified him. although i was in a hospital with all the stuff hooked up to my so it might be different at home.

I love video monitors, my friends baby died from suffocation, so when I watched my nephew, I loved watching him on the monitor, so I could see his chest goin up and down to make sure he was breathing

Luckly my kids dont requre them much, but I feel the same way. My doctor is great though in that he does NOT offer the antibiotics unless it is REALLY needed.

Oh LORD no!!! I do NOT like antibiotics, they try to give them out for anything and I refuse and ask for another treatment b4 resulting to antibiotics. Of course when they are needed they are needed, but they hand them out like candy!

Yep kids need to be exposed to germs! I agree! What is your take on antibiotics? I know now so many moms take their kids to the doctor demanding antibiotics when their child has a little sniffle and sneeze.
