This is a video giving my fellow pregnant ladies some tips on nausea. The third tea that I was going to talk about, but ran out of time, was raspberry tea. It strengthens your uterus during pregnancy. Some wbesites say it’s not okay to use during your first trimester, however, I’ve been using it since the mid first trimester without any problems (but I have a history of mostly no OB/GYN problems, though). It’s not a nausea thing, but it will make your uterus stronger for birth.
